International Dream Houses it's an international real estate agency specializing in purchase, sale, and rental agreements for properties located abroad,with a specific character – holiday homes and dream apartments.

The idea of buying a villa in Tuscany or a wooden cabin in the French Alps, a villa in the Dominican Republic or a bungalow in Zanzibar might seem unrealistic at first glance, but we assure you it's not. Perhaps the obstacles preventing you from realizing your dreams were prices, the fear of purchasing property in a foreign country where the purchase procedure is unknown, the fear of pitfalls, dishonest counterparts, or simply the fear of being deceived. Another issue could be that when looking for property in your dream location – whether for permanent residence or as an investment, you have to deal with foreign real estate agencies, whose modus operandi you might not be accustomed to and with whom communication can be challenging.

Our company was born out of a passion for supporting you in realizing your dreams, but also in response to demand.

At the moment, we have what we believe are the most attractive destinations where you can easily purchase a property. We also offer legal advice, ensuring that any purchase made through us will be 100% safe and a sound investment.

The procedure for buying a house or apartment abroad looks as follows, using the purchase of a villa in Tuscany as an example.

In the 'Villas in Tuscany' section, you will find properties that we have selected for purchase, be it homes, villas, or apartments in Tuscany. Our selection process involves choosing properties that are attractively priced, sometimes in need of renovation, sometimes move-in ready, and verifying the legal status of the property.

If one or several properties have caught your attention, you can call us at the phone numbers provided on the website or send an inquiry via email. We provide all necessary information and send additional photos as well as floor plans of the houses. At this stage, we do not yet provide you with the land registry details, if such a registry exists in a given country (it doesn't in Italy) and other documents attesting to the ownership rights.

Such documents will of course be made available to you after signing an agency agreement with us, the template of which you will find in the 'Agreements' tab.

We are scheduling a meeting for you with our representative in Tuscany, who will arrange a property presentation with you. If you are interested, our agency will arrange for a notary where you can finalize the transaction.

We collect the fee within 7 days of signing the agreement.
